Muizenberg (Sunrise Beach)

Sunrise is a nice beach, and a good place to sail if you don't want to drive all the way down south to Cape Point. The South Easter often passes the Cape too far south for the spots up north to get wind. This is the closest False Bay spot to Cape Town, but it is onshore, so it can be very rough, with lots of waves breaking all over the place.
